The Lamesa Community Players currently are rehearsing for their upcoming production of “Ripcord.”
LCP will hold the production on April 5-6, April 12-13, at 7 p.m. A matinee also will take place at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 7.
“Ripcord” tells the story of two women in a retirement home. Terri Stahl, president of LCP, saw rehearsals for the play “the other night.” She said the play is “hilarious” and one of the best comedies the theater group has performed in a while.
