Citizens of Lamesa are encouraged to voice their opinions during a public hearing this coming week in regard to the City’s Water Conservation Plan and Drought Contingency Plan. That public hearing will be part of the Lamesa City Council’s regular meeting, which will get underway at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday in City Hall, 601 South 1st Street.
