Judgment against Joe Damian Lee Robles was deferred after he pleaded guilty in 106th District Court here this past Wednesday to a third-degree felony charge of assault against a family member. Although judgment was deferred as part of the plea bargaining agreement in the case, District Judge Reed A. Filley placed Robles on provisional probation for six years and ordered him to pay a $7,500 fine.
