The following were among the many calls responded to by the Lamesa Police Department from Friday, January 4, through Sunday, January 6:
Friday, January 4
8:02 a.m. – A male reported domestic problems in the 2300 block of South 8th Street. The complainant advised that a female, whom he identified, had physically been hitting him while he was holding a baby. Officers responded and a female was arrested and transported to Dawson County Jail.
10:04 a.m. – A female reported that a neighbor had hurt herself when she was being chased by a loose dog in the 1300 block of North 8th Street.
