Representatives from the Klondike and Lamesa FFA chapters brought home banners from top-10 finishes in state Leadership Development Events competition this past weekend. Klondike FFA teams placed fourth in Senior Chapter Conducting and seventh in Greenhand Chapter Conducting at the state competition on Friday and Saturday on the campus of Sam Houston State University in Huntsville. Lamesa’s Katey Fletcher placed 10th in Greenhand FFA Creed Speaking. Klondike also had teams finish among the semifinalists at state in Greenhand FFA Quiz and Senior FFA Quiz competition.
