The development of a manufactured housing community along the northwestern edge of Lamesa is expected to get underway during the first quarter of 2019. Chase Gardaphe of Midland, who is the owner/operator of Stonegate Manufactured Housing Community in Midland, was in Lamesa this past Friday morning to sign the deed for property that he has purchased from the Lamesa Economic Alliance Project.
