Registration now is open for Lamesa’s Deck the House contest. Those who decorate their houses for Christmas and wish to compete must present a picture to the Lamesa Area Chamber of Commerce by Dec. 3. The winner of the Deck the House contest is determined by popular vote. The Chamber sets up a poll on its website so the public may cast votes for the contest. The Chamber provides pictures of the participating decorated houses on their website and Face-book page.
