Today is the final day for junior and senior high school girls in Dawson County to sign up for the Miss Merry Christmas Pageant. Forms are available at the Lamesa Area Chamber of Commerce and must be completed and returned by the time the Chamber closes today (Wednesday). The pageant is one of the activities held at the Christmas on the Square celebration each year. This year’s Christmas on the Square will be held on Thursday, Dec. 13.
