Ryan Webb apparently will become the new Dawson County commissioner of Precinct 2 at the start of January.Unofficial results after all boxes in the general election were tallied Tuesday evening showed Webb, the Republican nominee, defeating Democrat Enrique “Rick” Moreno, Jr. by more than a two-to-one margin.“I’m excited about it,” Webb told the Lamesa Press-Reportershortly after the results were posted Tuesday evening on a window outside Dawson County Elections Administrator’s new facility on the west side of the square.Those results show Webb received 296 votes, or almost 70 percent of the total cast in that race.
