NEW CHALLENGE

The flow of traffic around the busy intersection of North 4th Street and Bryan Avenue got even more challenging late this week as construction barriers went up blocking off the north side of 4th Street (Highway 180) for at least a block both east and west of Bryan Avenue. That leaves only one lane of traffic open in each direction for traffic on North 4th Street.
