ANDREWS – Law enforcement officials continued their search Friday for the driver and vehicle involved in a fatal hit-and-run crash on the afternoon of Nov. 9 east of Andrews, according to Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) troopers.The crash involved a semi-truck colliding with an SUV on State Highway 176.
