In light of the events in Uvalde and the questions the district has received regarding the status of Lamesa ISD school security, I felt this would be a good time to go over the security enhancements that have been implemented in the district since the passage of the bond in May of 2018. I have listed the major additions and enhancements to further harden and secure each campus.
