The Lamesa Community Players (LCP) will present “Doublewide, Texas” on Friday and Saturday, Sept. 28-29, at 7 p.m., and on Sunday, Sept. 30, as a 2 p.m. matinee.
The following weekend, LCP will have performances at 7 p.m. on both Friday and Saturday, Oct. 4-5.
“This is a hilarious comedy for adults who will literally ‘laugh out loud.’ Stars from several past LCP productions will be on stage as well as some newcomers,” said Shelley Barron, assistant director of production.
Tickets will go on sale to season ticket holders starting this coming Monday and will be open to the general public on the following Monday, Sept. 24.
Tickets are $12 each. Potential audience members may use their credit card, write a check, or pay cash.
LCP’s ticket office is open Monday through Friday, from 4 to 6 p.m. Tickets may be reserved by calling and leaving a detailed message at 872-2705.
Call Barron at 806-787-2699 if you have any questions. Barron said the production is “community live theatre at its very best.”
“We hope you will come join us,” Barron said.
